So ordered a new pre-built PC. As it was delayed by a day i received an upgraded motherboard. When we received the PC, being not too tech savvy, couldnt understand part of our PC build. It was past 10pm on a Saturday night and Alfie was on hand to help us out. Emailing us back promptly and walking us through. Turns out my upgraded motherboard was upgraded again! I got a great PC at a good price, fantastic customer service and just good vibes all round. Well done Cacti! 10/10! Would HIGHLY recommend!

The PC delivery was seriously quick and painless. When powering it up, I found that Windows had not been activated and no product key was on the MB - when I reached out to the support team, they responded literally within minutes with a new key and an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro (from Home) to show good will. I bought my first ever gaming pc switch from console (RTX 5080 with Ryzen 7 9800x3d) and all I can say is the experience has been great James and his team have been helpful all the way through on setting up to make sure the system runs smoothly. Great price great service

Next day PC bought, on a friday wasnt expected until monday for next business day shipping however turned up on sunday which was unexpected. Packing was great (box in box with protection inside PC and around PC box) which survived an outer box kick/drop impact. PC worked first time, no issues, cant fault.

Great computer and very cheap considering current prices. Good delivery time even though I placed my order on Friday and Monday was a bank holiday. Worked out the box no issues. Only slight issue is having to install the WiFi chip cable myself but that’s a simple task. Great quality great product. About a month into owning it and no issues.
