At Cacti PCs, we’re committed to delivering high-performance systems you can rely on. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your PC arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 14 days, contact us at hello@cactipcs.com.
We’ll arrange for a free return, and either repair or replace the system promptly.
🛠️ 3-Year Warranty
All Cacti PCs are covered by a 3-year return-to-base warranty. If your system develops a hardware fault during this period:

Repair or replace the faulty components.

Return the system to you at no extra cost.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, software issues, or unauthorized modifications.

🚫 No Returns for Change of Mind
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
