Shipping policy

At Cacti PCs, we ship fast - and we ship safely. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets from our workshop to your desk.

Sale Periods

During sale events such as Black Friday, demand is higher than usual. Please expect a slight delay to dispatch, and thank you for your patience.

Delivery Areas

  • UK Mainland only. We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses.

  • If you’re outside this area, contact us before ordering and we’ll advise on options.

Delivery Speed & Costs

  • Free Next-Day Delivery on all eligible orders to UK Mainland.

  • Working days: Monday–Friday (excludes UK bank holidays).

Dispatch Times (Cut-off 4:00 pm UK time)

  • Orders placed before 4:00 pm (Mon–Fri): dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 pm or on weekends/bank holidays: dispatched the next working day.

Product-specific handling

  • In-stock Prebuilt PCs: follow the dispatch rules above (eligible for next-day delivery).

  • Custom Builds: allow 1–3 working days for build, testing, and quality checks before dispatch. You’ll receive a dispatch email as soon as it ships.

Note: Courier transit times are estimates. Severe weather, network disruptions, or remote locations can add time.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

  • Signature may be required on delivery. If you request a “safe place” or leave-with-neighbor drop, you accept liability once the courier marks it delivered.

Packaging & Insurance

  • Every shipment is securely packed and fully insured from our door to yours.

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

    1. Ask the driver to note the damage when possible.

    2. Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and the item.

    3. Contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

Address Changes & Missed Deliveries

  • Address changes: we can update the address before dispatch only. After dispatch, please use the courier’s in-flight options (where available).

  • Missed delivery: the courier will attempt redelivery or hold at a local depot/locker. Use your tracking link to rearrange.

Order Splits & Pre-orders

  • If your order contains pre-order/back-order items, we’ll ship when all items are ready- unless you request split shipping (additional charges may apply).

  • We’ll keep you updated on ETAs for any item not immediately available.

PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

  • Large/heavy items require road-service access and may be unsuitable for certain locations; contact us if unsure.

Late, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

  • If tracking shows no movement or a non-delivery beyond the estimated window, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

  • Claims for loss/theft must be filed within the courier’s time limits; we’ll guide you through the process.

Holidays & Peak Periods

  • During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday), build and courier networks are busier. Please allow an extra 1–2 working days.
