Reasonable prices amazing service and fast delivery you can contact for help and get a fast response

I recently purchased a gaming PC from CACTi Gaming PCs for my son’s birthday and have been extremely impressed with both the product and the service. Before the PC was even dispatched, the team contacted me directly via WhatsApp and offered a free CPU upgrade from the Ryzen 7 8700F to a Ryzen 5 9600X at no additional cost. They took the time to answer my questions and confirmed that all other specifications would remain unchanged. When the PC arrived, the CPU cooler had become unclipped during shipping. Rather than directing me through a complicated return process, they responded quickly, reviewed photos of the issue, provided clear instructions, and helped me get everything sorted remotely. The problem was resolved within minutes. As someone who has spent more than 25 years managing projects and working with suppliers, I believe the true measure of a company is how they handle customers after the sale. CACTi Gaming PCs were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping. My son is delighted with his new PC and it is performing exactly as expected. I would have no hesitation recommending CACTi Gaming PCs to anyone looking for a quality gaming system backed by excellent customer service. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond.

So ordered a new pre-built PC. As it was delayed by a day i received an upgraded motherboard. When we received the PC, being not too tech savvy, couldnt understand part of our PC build. It was past 10pm on a Saturday night and Alfie was on hand to help us out. Emailing us back promptly and walking us through. Turns out my upgraded motherboard was upgraded again! I got a great PC at a good price, fantastic customer service and just good vibes all round. Well done Cacti! 10/10! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I got recommended this company by a friend as he got one from here. Amazing experience can’t fault the pc or the customer service I highly recommend. Thank you!

Great customer service. Changed a few bits i wanted changed arived in good time. Would defo use again pc is a beast

The PC delivery was seriously quick and painless. When powering it up, I found that Windows had not been activated and no product key was on the MB - when I reached out to the support team, they responded literally within minutes with a new key and an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro (from Home) to show good will. Very much impressed with the service and the machine. Thanks!

I found this site on the look for a decent gaming computer for a good price and I was not disappointed! Arrived incredibly fast and runs perfectly! Would recommend to anyone.

Quick delivery and helpful service

I bought my first ever gaming pc switch from console (RTX 5080 with Ryzen 7 9800x3d) and all I can say is the experience has been great James and his team have been helpful all the way through on setting up to make sure the system runs smoothly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would definitely recommend and I would be upgrading my system in years to come through CACTI PC. I ordered the PC and it came the next working day.

Ordered my pc with ease and had a query on my order which I messaged on WhatsApp and got a reply near enough instant and was really helpful now waiting for my pc which I’m really excited about

I absolutely love this pc and everyone is so supportive and there any time to help

Great price great service

Next day PC bought, on a friday wasnt expected until monday for next business day shipping however turned up on sunday which was unexpected. Packing was great (box in box with protection inside PC and around PC box) which survived an outer box kick/drop impact. PC worked first time, no issues, cant fault.

Great computer and very cheap considering current prices. Good delivery time even though I placed my order on Friday and Monday was a bank holiday. Worked out the box no issues. Only slight issue is having to install the WiFi chip cable myself but that’s a simple task. Great quality great product. About a month into owning it and no issues.

Brilliant service and very competitively priced. Pc came well packaged and in perfect working order. Service was prompt and communication was excellent. Couldn't be happier

Great customer service and great quality PCs at more affordable prices than other Pre-built sites I've seen. Definitely will be a returning customer if I ever need a new PC!

I’d give 10 stars if I could! I initially reached for recommendations based on my needs as a content creator; the team offered knowledgeable guidance and helped me find the perfect system. I spoke to both Den and James and it’s clear they have both expertise and passion for what they do. The PC was packaged securely and the build quality is outstanding. I can tell already this PC is going to both meet and exceed my expectations in whatever I put to it. It’s very clear (especially as someone who has lengthy experience in customer service) that the team at CACTi take immense pride in their work and genuinely care about providing quality and a great customer service experience. I would not hesitate to recommend CACTi to anyone that is looking for a new system. Amazing work!

This is the first company I bought a pc off of and it’s been amazing so far I got free upgrades on my pc will be buying off this company again i do recommend this company!!!!!

James made me a computer nearly 4 years ago. it has been the best computer I have had, and I have had quite a few. starting with intel 386s I couldn't even buy the parts for the price. I have been on it for at least 8 hours a day , since then. Even now it runs superbly, and can run all games in Ultra. I have only had to change one fan in all that time. If you want something that will run great and last I can recommend this company.

I know nothing about the products I bought - I am merely the banker for my grandson. He is delighted with his kit and with the delivery.

Bought the R7 9850x3D + RTX 5080 PC a couple weeks ago and has arrived within 3 days (all for a good price too for what you are getting!). A big upgrade from my old PC which had an RTX 2060. This company is legit and communication is really good!

Really fast delivery for the PC. It turned out there was a small part missing for by build I let them know via the chat function on their website and they got it dispatched on the same day

Cacti PCs have been brilliant. The PC i bought was the best price i could find on the internet, nothing else came close. The communication was great from placing order, to shipping notification. The PC did develop a fault after 9 months, however, Cacti PCs tried to help me diagnose the issue. When this didn't work, they collected the PC, fixed the issue, and shipped it back to me all under warranty. Would definitely recommended Cacti PCs.

Pc arrived with power cord and wifi & bluetooth adapter broken. Tedious emails going round in circles. Waited a further 8 days for replacements that never never turned up to then chase Cacti up again about broken equipment.

Pc came next day better price than anyone else I had seen online and customer care were very polite and quick very much recommended

Absolute great company , fabulous customer service who are extremely helpful with every problem or concern you may have 10/10

Amazing company amazing support everything when i say this pc blew my expectations i mean it hands down best pc ive ever owned and 100% worth the price.

Great customer service quick and reliable

The people running this company are a godsend. I wanted to trade in my computer however, I didn't have the correct packaging and they sent some for me to use. I also love how quickly they reply to my emails regarding any queries I might have.

Great customer service experience. Would order from this company again.

Excellent service and worked as intended and the team were super helpful when it came to amendments. Honestly suprised by how good the customer service was.

I like the fact this company provided the PC within their own time frames and the PC performed as expected.. for four days. The machine has then refused to turn on. I used live chat to try and resolve this issue however was talking to what felt like AI that went round in circles asking the same thing. Until I spoke to what was clearly a real person who provided better troubleshooting advice and even a video call to resolve it. The outcome was that the PC had to be sent back where DPD have delayed the process by two days resulting in a total of a week without the machine after having it for a week.

Amazing team. Patiently answering all my annoying questions and supporting me all the way to my perfect PC. From purchase to having my PC running was less than 24hrs! Build is clean and tidy, they now what they doing. Also a very good prices. After sale support superb. Totally recommended!

Easy website, great computer, easy setup and great communication from the seller. Great birthday present for my son, he's so happy with it.

Alfie and the Cacti PC team were super helpful with assisting my GPU/ display issue. I thought i might have had to fork out funds to buy a new GPU but Alfie was very responsive walking me through the necessary process on re-installing new drivers.

Received my PC this morning. Packaging was amazing and cannot fault the customer service from James and his team. Would highly recommend this company. Pc is beautiful and very fast. Thanks guys! x

lovely people super helpful and explained everything so i could understand

There was a 1 day delay dispatching my order and I received a £10 refund for the inconvenience without asking, when the pc came I had some issues setti g it up and the team where extremely helpful and responded right away. Exelent customer service.

Very easy process for ordering. Great products. I had a few issues with delivery, all the items I ordered came on different days and was unexpected. Communication could have been better with that as I had to reach out to them to chase it, but was handled very well when I did so

Really happy with my PC. There was a slight delay but I was informed swiftly and they threw in something extra for me which was much appreciated. The customer service has been spot on since I got it. Trying to get back into PCs again after many years they have been very helpful and patient. Highly recommend. Thanks again
